Maternity Teachers Paternity Teachers (MTPT) supports members who are due to become parents soon, or have recently become parents. They run workshops and programmes such as group coaching and 1:1 coaching to help members return to work with the right balance between their professional and family lives.

Roots is a small grassroots NGO working with refugees and displaced people living in Grande-Synthe, northern France (close to Calais and Dunkirk). We send regular delegations (3-5 a year) to volunteer with them. Get in touch if you would like to be involved, at pauline.philippe@neu.org.uk.

The local and very active Tower Hamlets and Newham branch of Palestine Solidarity Campaign. It was established as an extension of the Twinning with Jenin Campaign in 2002 during the siege of the Jenin refugee camp. Member of the Britain-Palestine Twinning Network.

Cuba Solidarity Campaign is a British organisation that campaigns against the 62-year blockade of Cuba, for an end to the US occupation of Cuban land at Guantanamo Bay, and to defend the Cuban people’s right to be free from foreign intervention. We have historically send regular delegations to Calais/Dunkirk with Care4Calais, to work with refugees as part of our International Solidarity campaigns. Although our delegations no longer go with Care4Calais, we are still in support of their work.
